Press conference to be held at Agora on Monday 9 August

Between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., the Agora square at SDU in Odense will be bustling with activity, as it provides a setting for a press conference where a new climate report from the UN’s Climate Panel will be presented.

On Monday at 11.30 a.m., SDU in Odense will host a press conference by the UN’s Climate Panel (IPCC), which will present its 6th climate report. The event will take place at the Agora square at the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences, and large parts of the room will therefore be occupied by journalists and officials.

The Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities, Dan Jørgensen, will be joining the conference alongside two of the climate report’s main authors, one of whom is Sebastian Mernild, Vice-Rector of SDU and Professor of Climate Change. Together, they will present the main results of the report.

The press conference will be streamed in a news item under Campus News on sdu.dk on Monday
