The Digital Exam system

In the Digital Exam system, you can view the date and place of your oral exams.  

You will receive a notification on your student email when your exam is available in the system, but you must keep an eye out for when the exam time is published.

In the exam schedule on MitSDU and in the Digital Exam system, you can see the start and submission dates for written take-home assignments that must be submitted in the Digital Exam system. 

Submit your exam paper well before the deadline so you have time to solve any technical problems, if necessary. If you experience technical problems with the Digital Exam system that prevent you from submitting on time, you must document the problem (e.g. with a screen dump with the date and time) and send the documentation and your exam paper to the exam administrator before the deadline.

You can edit or delete your exam paper until the submission deadline, the latest version is the one that counts. However, this does not apply to the bachelor project or master's thesis, which must be submitted in the system as a ‘final exam’.

You do not have to submit your assignment as both main assignment and as an appendix. 

If several students contribute to the same exam paper, you can submit as a group.

When you have submitted your exam paper, you will receive a receipt both in the system and on your student email, and you can see the submission on your receipt page in the Digital Exam system.

In the Digital Exam system, you can see the date, place and time of your written exam under invigilation.

You will receive a notification in your student email when your exam is available in the system. 

If you experience technical problems with the Digital Exam system that prevent you from submitting within the deadline, you must contact the exam invigilator immediately.

If the exam type is participation in teaching or similar, you usually do not need to do anything in the Digital Exam system.
