How to setup e-mail on iPhone/iPad:
(This guide is based on iOS 14)
- Start by going to your device’s settings.
- Scroll down and find “Mail” in your settings.
- Choose “Accounts”.
- Choose “Add account”. Choose “Microsoft Exchange”.
- Type in your student mail (username@student.sdu.dk) and a description of your choice, fx. “SDU”. Press “Next”.
- Choose “Sign in” when the following message comes up. You will be directed to Microsofts page to sign in.
- You now need to put in your password that you use for your SDU-account.
- Now you can choose which apps your device you want your mail to synchronize with. Choose “Save” in the upper right corner.
You have now set up your SDU-mail on your phone.
Android - setting up of mail in Gmail app
- Start by going to your device’s settings
- Go to ”Accounts” in settings.
- Click on ”Add account” and then on ”Exchange”
- Type in your student mail, and then click on “next”. Log in with your SDU account.
Your account will automatically login to the Gmail app.
