The celebration will be held in English. The first part will be live streamed on YouTube, and after this, SDU Esbjerg will be hosting a reception with time for socializing and light refreshments. Info about the room number – please see below.
Practical information
For all graduates, the common part of the event takes place in room 81103. The event will be live streamed from YouTube to the rooms where guests are seated. Graduates, family and friends, who haven’t the possibility of joining the event at SDU, are able to follow the celebration at home on YouTube.
Registration for physical participation
Physical participation is subject to the condition that you can pass your last exam no later than 24 June, before 12:00.
Please register by sending an e-mail from your SDU student e-mail account to studieservice-es@sdu.dk. Subject field: Graduation registration. Text field: Please provide your full name, the name of your study program and the number of guests. Please note that you are allowed to register no more than 3 persons including yourself.
