As a student, you have acess to the databases in the Finance Lab, located in the Business and Economics Library, Odense.
Finance Lab: Bloomberg and Eikon
- Two computers with access to Bloomberg and Eikon are set up
- If you want to make sure to there is room for you, you need to book an appointment in our booking system
- Log in to the PCs with your SDU login. Enter your SDU\username in the login box
- If you are a new Bloomberg user, you will need to create your own Bloomberg login once you have accessed the database. See more information in the library's Bloomberg guide.
Remember to download ONLY the data you need. There is limited data extraction per month.
WRDS - Wharton Research Data Services
You have online access to WRDS, wich contains data from Compustat and CRSP. You need to register to get access to these data.

Searching the databases
You'll need to search Bloomberg, Eikon and WRDS yourself, but if you need help getting started, there are great videos on YouTube.
