If you are interested in being part of a research group and project you will have good options. The research group Management and Economics of Resources and the Environment (MERE) at Department of Department of Business and Sustainability uses to a large extent research assistants in their research. More information about the research group can be found here. Projects may also overlap with the Risk Center, SDU Climate Cluster, and the Center for Rural Research.
The research assistant will assist the researchers, e.g. in finding literature, developing databases and doing preliminary analysis. The successful research assistant will have the opportunity to co-author research papers.
We expect the workload is to average around 8 hours per week, i.e. one day per week, at maximum. This is likely to be unevenly distributed across weeks in accommodation of both research needs and student schedules.
If you are interested apply by enclosing a short letter motivating your interest and a brief CV to the leader of the Research group Professor Brooks Kaiser (bak@sam.sdu.dk).
