When personal circumstances affect your time as student
It is important for the University of Southern Denmark that you thrive during your time as a student. This means that, even when personal challenges arise, we are focused on your wellbeing. Your personal circumstances can affect your time as a student in many different ways. These can range from happy circumstances such as maternity leave to circumstances where you have chosen to re-prioritise things in your life. Unfortunately, many students experience various social, psychological or personal problems that they cannot control. Use the menu on the left to learn about the problems that many students encounter during their studies.
Do you feel there something is wrong?
We can help – even when you can't put your finger on the problem. Perhaps you feel that you have got a “study-ache”’. If this is the case, it is time for you to visit the Counselling Centre and talk with one of the student counsellors.
