Drop-in counselling
We offer drop-in counselling at Campus Odense and Campus Esbjerg, where we answer quick questions. You are always welcome to stop by HEALTH Student Counselling during our opening hours.

Campus Odense:
- New SUND: Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00–12:00 in room V03-606a-1
- Sports Science and Biomechanics: Wednesdays in odd weeks from 8:00–12:00 in room Ø15-203b-1
Campus Esbjerg:
- Thursdays from 9:00–13:00 in room 82139
Individual counselling
If you need to speak with a counsellor and discuss your situation in depth, you are welcome to book an appointment for individual counselling.

HEALTH Student Counselling is bound by confidentiality, so you can be assured that your conversation is private. However, they are obligated to report any exam cheating or other criminal activities.

We can provide guidance on questions related to:
- Applications for exemptions
- Credit transfer
- Time limit regulation
- Maternity leave
- Feedback on study plans
- Help with getting an overview of your education
- Structure of the different study programs
- Opportunities along the way
- Study activity rules
- Enrollment and deregistration of subjects
Areas in which we cannot assist you or give advice:
There are certain areas where HEALTH Student Counselling do not provide advice, and these are:
- SU (student grant) regulations
- Job and career matters, including job searching
- Admission rules and procedures
- Exam complaints
