The first orientation day is specifically for newly arrived international students, ie. students who did not have a Danish personal identification number (CPR-nummer) at the time of admission to the university. We will help you with practical matters, such as registration in Kolding and Denmark. We meet in room 31.02. Find your way to the room in SDU Maps.
28 and 29 August 2025
During these two days you will meet your fellow students and teachers, get to know more about your degree programme and your campus. You will also meet several local companies who are eager to meet you. For lunch you will be able to either buy food in the canteen or bring your own food.
Part of the Welcome Event on 29 August is for all new students on the IT- and data-oriented programmes at SDU Kolding: IT Product Design, Web Communication Design, Data Driven Business Development, and Data Science.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required no later than 22 August 2025.
Monday 1 September 2025 is the first possible day for scheduled teaching activities.
