The focus area of the profile is Strategy and Organization. Graduates with this profile have expanded their knowledge within the main subjects in contemporary strategic management and organization design.
The content of the education represents state-of-the-art within strategy and organization's research as well as practice. Candidates have the skills to design and implement business and corporate strategy. The profile focuses on skills, methods and tools which can support a career in management consulting, corporate staff functions, general management or business development.
Candidates will have gained competencies in management and strategy both at business level and corporate level, as well as analytically skills for the development and implementation of business and corporate strategy through analysis of the industry as well as the company / organization.

The MSc in Economics and Business Administration has obtained knowledge which is based on the highest international research within a field of study. The MSc can understand and scientifically reflect on this knowledge of the field of study and to identify relevant problems.



The MSc can choose and apply advanced scientific methods and theories for collection of data and do complex analyses of the conditions of the firm and set up new models of analysis and problem solving. The MSc can convey knowledge and discuss professional issues with colleagues, company management and external partners. 



An MSc in Economics and Business Administration can manage complex and unpredictable work and development situations as well as independently initiate and implement cooperation and take on a professional responsibility considering ethical and sustainability issues. The MSc can take responsibility for own professional development. The MSc is competent to take on leadership and solve specialist tasks within organizations in the public and private sectors
