For day parking between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., if you do not have a fixed parking permit you need to create a day permit by entering your car’s number plate and your mobile number on the tablet located at level 2 near meeting room 21.21. You will then receive a text message with your parking permit.
In relation to day parking permits, remember that it is your own responsibility to make sure that your car’s number plate is entered correctly.
Always enter your mobile number. You will then be issued with a receipt for your registration.

A parking permit is valid for the period you need to park in Kolding and is issued as needed but for a maximum of one year at a time. If you are still an employee or a student when the permit expires, the permit will automatically be renewed.
The P permit is linked to your car’s number plate, and no visible permit is issued. It is your own responsibility to make sure that the vehicle’s number plate is entered correctly. When the parking receipt is issued, we encourage you to check that the data entered is correct.

NOTE:
If you change your vehicle, you must update the license plate number on your parking permit yourself. This can be done via the link in the email you received when the parking permit was issued.

Please use this link when you apply. Enter your full name, your SDU email, your mobile number and your car’s number plate. You will then be issued with a receipt for your parking permit (P permit).
