In SDU's University Council, you help to take a position on university policy matters and make decisions about the day-to-day management of the university. The council consists of 12 members, including both employees and students at SDU. As a member of the University Council, you help discuss and decide things such as:

  • What should the university's employment policy look like?
  • Are the physical and social conditions for employees and students top notch?
  • How do we promote the student environment and well-being and reduce dropouts?

We need 3 students who will be allowed to join the University Council for 2 years. As a bonus, one of you also has the opportunity to take on the role of vice-chairman of the University Council, which is always handled by a student.

NB: The University Council typically meets twice during a semester.
