Exam schedule

Information about date, time and place of the exam is available in the Digital Exam system.

There may be changes, so make sure to stay updated. If you have several exams on the same date, you can contact the secretary of your study programme or the Study Board, for instance via the SPOC system.

Exam schedules at the Faculty of Science

The dates for both written and oral exams are listed in the exam schedule that you can access via the link below. There, you can also see if the study board has approved the exam schedule. Once the exam schedule has been approved by the study board, the dates are fixed and will not change.

Well in advance of the exam, you will be informed via itslearning about the meeting place, meeting time, start time, and end time for the exam. Later, this information will also be available in the Digital Exam system.

Four to five weekdays before the exam date, a detailed participant list with rooms will be published in itslearning. It is important that you check the list yourself to ensure you are listed as expected.
