Managing and developing human resources can create value for an organization. HRM thus deals with a range of topics such as employee motivation, employee creativity, strategic efforts towards a particular group of employees, management of culturally diverse employees, recruitment just to name a few possible topics.

Strategy, Organization and Management
Modern organizations, public as well as private, find themselves in dynamic and complex environments, which places great demand on the organizations structure (formal as well as informal and internal as well as external), their leadership and strategies, but also their ability to change and create ongoing changes.

It makes different topics relevant. For instant change management which contains issues that look at change management processes, organizational culture where organizations promote and preserve a specific social behavior, or a midlevel manager in private or public organizations where the manager often finds him or herself the in the cross pressure between senior executives and employees.
