Sådan stiller du op (quickguide)

  1. Are you eligible?

If you want to stand as a candidate for the board of studies on your degree, you must first of all check whether you can even be elected. To be 'eligible', you need to be listed on the current "electoral list", which is published on 7 October 2025. This means that you can stand for election from 7 October at the earliest, and then have until 7 November 2025 at 12.00 to line up.

  2. Log in to E-vote
If you are listed on the electoral roll, you must log in to the electronic candidate notification E-vote

  3. Create candidate list
Here you create a list of candidates for the council, board or committee you want to run for. Remember a cool name! (But nothing offensive, please)

  4. Add candidates to the list
Once the candidate list has been created, it is now possible to add candidates to that list. Remember! Since it is you who created the list, you are the "list coordinator" and therefore automatically appear as a candidate on the list. But it may be that you have some fellow candidates who should also be added to the list.

  5. Add nominators and send invitations
In order to stand for election, you must have nominators who support you. In other words, it is your fellow students who speak well of you as a candidate. You must therefore add a minimum of 4 nominators (in most cases) and send them an invitation.

  6. Send the candidate list
When the list is complete (i.e. accepted by all candidates and voters), it must be sent to the election secretariat and is thus definitive.

  7. Respond to an invitation
nominator must respond to an invitation by either accepting or declining an invitation.
