Would you like to represent SDU in an international student community? As a member of the EPICUR Student Board, you will help bring students' perspectives into the development of EPICUR, an alliance of 11 European universities.
As a student representative, you will collaborate with students from across Europe to enhance the international student experience. You will participate in meetings, contribute ideas, and provide input on decisions that affect students across the partner universities. The role offers valuable experience in international collaboration, advocacy, and intercultural communication, while allowing you to build a strong European network.
Who can run for election?
All enrolled SDU students are eligible to stand for election if they have an interest in international cooperation and a desire to represent their fellow students.
Since the term of office is two years, it is recommended that candidates have at least two years of their studies remaining when they join the Student Board.
What will you gain from the experience?
- Experience representing students at the European level.
- An international network of students from eleven universities.
- Skills in collaboration, communication, and student advocacy.
- The opportunity to influence the development of EPICUR and the opportunities the alliance offers to students.
The EPICUR Student Board holds monthly online meetings as well as in-person meetings across Europe a few times each year. Travel expenses for these meetings are covered by the EPICUR project.
If you are passionate about internationalization and would like to make a difference for students at SDU and across Europe, you can stand for election as SDU’s representative on the EPICUR Student Board.
