Why have you chosen to run?
I am extremely passionate about student politics and believe it is crucial that students are involved and listened to throughout their time at the university. It is important that our collective voice is represented in the decision-making forums here at SDU.
I have experience from several national organizations and would like to contribute these perspectives here at SDU. At the same time, I want to strengthen the voice of SDU students in national student movements so that we can have even greater influence.
Is there a specific cause you want to fight for if you are elected?
Well-being in studies. I fight for students to not only be learners but also to have the opportunity for a rich student life with room for expression and valuable communities. This means we need associations that can grow and develop, as well as more spaces where one can immerse themselves and find peace. For me, it is about creating frameworks that promote both academic and social well-being, so that the study period becomes a good overall experience.
What can be expected from you as a student representative?
As a student representative, I will be a dedicated and unifying voice for all students at SDU. I am already actively working to build a strong network of associations at the university. I am also engaged in the development of national student politics and fight to ensure the students’ perspective in connection with educational reforms and cutbacks. You can expect that I will be your voice at the table where decisions are made.
