Jonas Bering Liisberg: The State of the European Union: Challenges and Opportunities for the Danish Presidency, Fall 2025

About Jonas Bering Liisberg
Jonas Bering Liisberg is a distinguished Danish diplomat with extensive experience in international politics. He currently serves as the State Secretary for European Affairs and the Arctic in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. 
Liisberg’s previous positions include Denmark’s Permanent Representative to the EU in Brussels and Director at the Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman. He holds a master’s degree in law from Copenhagen University and is a graduate of Harvard University’s LL.M. (Master of Laws) program.
