Help with managing exam nerves

The exam period is here, and we understand that it can bring stress, pressure, and a sense of being overwhelmed.

At the Counseling and Study support, we’re here to talk. You can come alone, bring a friend, or show up as a study group. We can also tailor a short course if several of you want to work on things like exam anxiety, study techniques, or group work challenges.
