When you want study activities that are not part of your curriculum to replace subjects in your education, it is called credit transfer. When this is assessed in advance, it is called pre-approval of credit transfer.
You are responsible for credit transfer being registered. Remember that you must enclose documentation on the passed course(s).
If you have passed study activities on other study programmes at the same level, you are obliged to apply for credit transfer for them. You can read more about this on the page Starting Credits.
If you have passed subjects at SDU and you have received a decision on pre-approval of credit transfer, you do not need to take any further action. The grade is registered automatically.
