Open for applications.
We will assess your application according to these application criteria:
All residents must be enrolled at SDU as students – bachelor, master’s or PhD students – or be employed as a post doc. PhD students and post docs will generally only be offered double rooms.
When the hall of residence is first occupied, approximately 125 residents will be Danish students and approximately 125 residents will be international students. The allocation between Danish and international students can be modified by a resolution of the hall of residence board.
Accommodation in the hall of residence will be offered to students with good qualifications, who are active in their studies, and who have demonstrated their aptitude for studying.
International students will be accepted as full-degree students at master’s level or as mobility students taking one or more subjects at master’s level. Full-degree students have priority over mobility students. International students must be active in their studies and must not be behind schedule in their study period.
All new students at SDU can apply for a room at Campuskollegiet if their official postal address implies that considerable time will be spent on transportation.
Please notice that it is only possible to apply for a room after your studentmail and password is activated.
On completion of final exams, if terminating studies or when no longer employed, cf. item 1, hall of residence accommodation must be vacated as soon as possible, and within three months at most.
Any student who does not comply with the requirements of items 3 or 4 will be given an ultimatum for compliance within a time limit of 6 months. Failure to comply will result in removal from the hall of residence as soon as possible, and within three months at most.
