QM Research Seminar: Hodge atoms and their moduli spaces

<strong>Speaker: Szilard Szabo&nbsp;</strong>(​Budapest University of Technology and Economics).<br><br><strong>Abstract:&nbsp;</strong><br>The notion of Hodge atom was introduced in work of Katzarkov, Kontsevich, Pantev and Yu, and has had spectacular applications to Birational Geometry. We will report on joint work with M.&nbsp;Kontsevich on the moduli space of irregular singular connections underlying this notion. If time permits, then we will also say a few words about the blow-up formula for atoms, that is a central ingredient for the applications, and that has been proved by H. Iritani in general and in our joint work with A. Gyenge for surfaces.&nbsp;
