SU-control of study activity

Between October 7–8, 2025, the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science will send “warning letters” to students who are delayed by more than 30 ECTS credits, informing them that their SU (student grant) may be stopped from November 2025.

If you are one of the students who receives a letter in your e-Boks from the agency regarding possible study inactivity, please read the following:

1. If you disagree with the calculation of your study activity, please send a statement along with relevant documentation to the SU team via SPOC – preferably as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM.
   
   
2. If you have been delayed in your studies during a period when you received SU due to illness, student council work, or other special circumstances, you may apply for additional SU grant portions.

You are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM.
