Manage your daily study rutines with the pomodoro technique
- Work on one task for 25 minutes timed by one hour
- Take a 5 minute bio break (A break that is good for the biology in you, ie move, eat something, make a cup of coffee or stand up and sit in the garden outside for five minutes)
- Repeat 1 + 2 a total of 4 times
- Take a longer break at e.g. 30 minutes
