As a Public Health master student you have the opportunity to travel to several different places. 

Here you will find an overview of our exchange partners, who offers relevant courses, and links to their courses: 

University located in the western part of Slovakia, close to Bratislava and 2 hours by train from Vienna. Course offerings include e.g. Epidemiology of Non-infection Diseases, Tropical Public Health, Intervention Programs, Estimation, management and communication of risk.

Located by the west coast in Sweden’s second largest city. Course offerings include e.g. Health Equality and the Right to Health, Advanced Course in Health Economics Evaluation, Migration and Health in a Social, Demographic and Political Context.

Exchange at UiB is a great opportunity to explore public health through another Nordic lens. Courses could include e.g. Diverse Societies and International Migration, Global Cities: An Introduction to Urban Sociology for the 21st Century, Current Anthropological Research. You can combine courses cutting across faculties.

Europe’s oldest (and largest) university is located only a few hours’ drive from Milan and Venice. Course offerings include e.g. International Law and Health, Fundamentals in Health Economics, Fundamentals in Healthcare Management, Regulation in Healthcare Markets, Health Services Research.

UiT is located in Enschede in eastern Netherlands. At UiT, you can choose between exchange study packages, HTHT Minors or create a course package consisting of courses from other study programmes within the Faculty of Science and Technology (S&T).

Ghent is located in East Flanders in the northern part of Belgium. The university requires you to follow at least one course at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The remaining courses can be combined across different faculties.

University of the Philippines-Diliman has campuses spread across the Philippines. Subject areas include population studies, social work, women and development studies and social development.

AUC is an American-accredited institution located in Cairo. Course options include Contemporary Issues in Infectious Disease, Current Issues in Public Health Outcomes, Public Health Informatics and Health Informatics in Health Surveillance.

Oulu is a coastal city located in northern Finland by the Bothnian Bay. University of Oulu offers courses within the Health science Master’s programme. The courses will be adapted in English for exchange students and are not available online. Contact the coordinator of Nursing Science and Health Management to get the course overview.
Germany’s northernmost city located at the bottom of Flensburg Fjord. Course options include Societal Challenges of Europe, Cultural Diversity in Europe and Global Ethics: Marketing and Media Ethics.

HS Magdeburg-Stendal is located in Magdeburg, less than two hours from Berlin. The language of instruction is German and all foreign applicants have to prove adequate language skills in German. Relevant courses can be found within the master programmes Social Work in an Ageing Society and Health Promoting Organisational Development.
