What can I use the study board for?
You can apply for the study board to grant you a dispensation if extraordinary circumstances prevent you from living up to the rules and regulations that apply to you as a student.
Study board members have a duty of confidentiality
If you need to apply for a dispensation, you may have to explain some very personal reasons for doing so to the study board because a valid reason is needed to grant you a dispensation.
Naturally, you may find it uncomfortable having to mention your private conditions; therefore, all members of the study board have a duty of confidentiality.
