Assessment of the examination

When will the grades be made public?

The grades for written examinations and other written assignments will be made public no later than 4 weeks after date of the examination. The month of July is not included in the calculation of the 4 weeks.

The assessment of both bachelor projects and master’s thesis must be published within six weeks after submission. The month of July is not included in the calculation of the six weeks.

Grades can be accessed via Student self-service. Transcripts of exam results can be obtained through the student self-service system, once the grades have been registered.

The university will not inform about grades if contacted by telephone or e-mail.

Grades are not necessarily made public at the same time for an entire examination group.
