Konference

04.12.2025   kl. 09:30 - 16:30

Changing Currents

The conference highlights the value of science in the North Atlantic and the Arctic. It brings together researchers, policy makers and others from the region who work on topics related to the impact that changes in nature and geopolitics have on the living conditions of the people who reside here.

The agenda includes presentations, discussions, and exhibitions about nature, resources and people in the North Atlantic and the Arctic in times of change, with particular focus on climate change and the geopolitical situation.

The emphasis will be on collaboration between institutions in Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Denmark and results and impacts from publicly funded research in the region will be demonstrated. Neighbouring countries will also be represented.

The conference is an in-person event only, primarily intended for research leaders, funders, policy makers, and political authorities, but everyone is welcome.
