Forskningsområde
I am a broadly interested in productivity of aquatic ecosystems. Most of my research focuses on shallow benthic habitats such as seagrass, macroalgae, and mussel beds. I investigate primary production and respiration processes using a range of techniques, which range from habitat-scale fluxes using aquatic eddy covariance, to detailed small-scale measurements using microsensors developed in-house at Nordcee.
Currently I have a joined Postdoctoral position between SDU and the Tvärminne Zoological Station in Finland.
