Reference Management Tools

References in Word

The easiest way to manage your references is to use Word's inherited feature under the tab "References". Once you have created a reference here, you can reuse it both in the same document or in new documents. As a SDU student you can install the Endnote desktop version for free via the Software tab in Blackboard. Please follow one of these installation guides:

SDU employees download the program via the Software Center on the computer. Follow the installation guides from here.

Other reference tools

There are other reference management software tools, e.g. Zotero og Mendeley, whose basic versions you can download for free from the Internet. The Library only offers general support for these tools.
