Menu for the celebration dinner

Flaky white fish infused with cold smoked salmon, hollandaise mayonnaise and duet of celery
Tart with gruyere and rosemary, onion and crispy potato tossed in green dressing
Prosciutto cotto, mizuna, tomato mayonnaise and crumbled cheese
Danish chicken with truffles, herb salad and pickle mayonnaise
Crisp, simmered turkey, tarragon and mustard vinaigrette

French-inspired potato salad, pointed cabbage, sunflower seeds and pesto
Asian noodle salad, chipotle, marinated carrot, coriander and peanuts

Selection of light, coarse and crusty master baker's bread
2 Danish cheeses, fluid gel on apple and rose hip
Kermit cake in pumpkin disguise

Served with a half bottle of white or red wine and 1 bottle of spring water

This menu is specially designed to cater for vegans, vegetarians and those with gluten and lactose intolerance.

Tart with chickpeas and rosemary, onion and crispy potato tossed in green dressing
Swede, mizuna, tomato mayonnaise and rice crisps
Green pâté, herb salad and pickle mayonnaise
Crisp simmered parsnip, tarragon and mustard mayonnaise

Asian noodle salad, chipotle, marinated carrot, coriander and peanuts
