The Academic Study Board meets once a month, but not in July. If you want a case dealt with at a meeting of the Study Board, we must have your application with all relevant attachments and documentation no later than 6 working days before the meeting in question.
Once your case has been processed at a study board meeting, you can expect to receive the decision within 20 working days.
If you would like to send supplementary attachments to your application, you must send it to studienaevn@tek.sdu.dk. Remember that you must send the attachments from your SDU email address, as otherwise we cannot be sure of your identity, and to avoid security breaches.
The Academic Study Board processes many applications every month, all of which are important to the individual. Sometimes, unfortunately, we have to prioritize the applications. We reserve the right to do so.
