Prawn crackers with paprika 
2 kinds of bread with creamed butter


Asian noodle salad with shrimp, chilli, cilantro and citrus 
Oven-baked salmon with sesame, lemon mayonnaise and dill 
Charcuterie with pickled artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and olives


Turkey rillettes in panko bread crumbs with celery puree 
Beef pie with puff pastry and rosemary 
Cold pearl barley risotto with mushrooms, parsley oil and baked tomato 
Cauliflower salad with pointed cabbage, hazelnuts and cranberries in a pointed cabbage pesto


Comté (French cow’s milk cheese, hard) with plums and rye chips 
Mini cake trio consisting of: 
Confectionary with raspberry mousse, French lemon tart with meringue and Sarah Bernhardt petit four

White- or red wine - ½ bottle pr. person plus 1 bottled water

If you have any special dietary needs, you have the option of ordering our vegan menu. This menu is specially prepared to allow for the needs of vegans, vegetarians and people allergic to nuts, gluten and lactose.
