In Odense the library offers over 1,000 reading seats, partly distributed around the individual subject libraries and partly at the reading rooms. If you are a thesis student, you can get a permanent seat on our plads thesis reading room. If you are a group, you can book a studie celle up to 14 days in the future.
The library's large reading room has access directly from Gydehutten. There is access 24/4 for students and staff at SDU, who can also gain access to the Research readin room outside of the service time.
The library in Esbjerg has, besides reading places around the library, also a reading room with seats that can be used when you want to work in quiet surroundings.
In Kolding there is also access to a reading room with individual reading spaces. The reading room is open 24/7 and is located on the 3rd level just above the library. You can access via a staircase directly from the library or via the house's central staircase. There are also many group seats at the library.
Also in Slagelse, students and employees at SDU have access to the campus library's facilities and study places - individual and group places - around the clock.
