If you cheat

The University has four general principles with regard to exam cheating:

  • exam cheating is always dealt with in accordance with the University’s disciplinary rules for cheating in examinations
  • exam cheating cannot become time-barred
  • if cheating is not discovered until after the examination is over, the examination will be declared null and void
  • anyone who assists another person in breaking the rules may also be subject to disciplinary proceeding.

If you cheat, not only does your exam certificate lose its value, but the credibility of all other exam certificate issued by The University of Southern Denmark also suffer. This is the reason why examination cheating is one of the most unacceptable actions in the academic world.
