CIRCE brings together young researchers and practitioners from all fields in the Creative Economies from all over Europe. The airm is to highlight, question and reshape the innovative power of the creative sector through a wide range of voices and perspectives. A total of 40 fellowships will be awarded for a period of six months.
Who can apply?
Young researchers with a research focus on innovation and/or Creative economies, residing in one of the 46 countries of the Council of Europe or Kosovo (age:<35 years)
Young entrepreneurs or creative professionals from the Creative Economies of the 46 countries of the Council of Europe or Kosovo (age:<35 years)

Pre-registration is required until February 28th, 2023.
The application phases for both the fellowships and the fund start on March 1, 2023.
